Refund will only be processed for par of orders that cannot be fulfilled by us / if we are unable to fulfil our obligations.

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or by call. Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in cities (Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola). Vikafab.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped.
