Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal. Vikafab.com has a very simple return and exchange policy. We will gladly accept back any product in its original packing within 7 days of you receiving your product. You will need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return on only above mention condition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that a 5-6% Color variation May occur due to screen resolution difference 

To start a return, you can contact us at return@vikafab.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to us.

It is necessary to take 360 degree parcel opening video when the customer gets the parcel, we will not entertain any of the complaints without the 360 degree parcel opening video.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of a wrong or damage product delivered the customer must inform via WhatsApp on +91 9099699676 within 24 hours with 360 degree parcel opening video, without opening video no complaint will be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUND POLICY
Refund will only be processed for par of orders that cannot be fulfilled by us / if we are unable to fulfil our obligations.
 
 Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges..
 If the payment is made through Coupons/ vouchers or Reward Points no refund will be granted.
